How to Login to CWC WiFi?
- Connect to "CWC WiFi ..." signal. The signal must have good signal strength.
- Open your browser and browse any url eg. google.com
- CWC WiFi Login Page will appear
- Enter your login information and login
- After successfull login, status page will popup automatically. Don't close this.
- Open new tab and start browsing internet.
How to recharge WiFi Account?
- If you have sufficient deposited amount in your account, the system will automaticall renew your account when needed.
- If not sufficient deposited amount in your account, Please, buy the recharge voucher.
- Login to User Control Panel net.cwc.com.np
- Click on "Redeem Voucher". Enter the Card Number and submit. (you can get the card number from ther voucher you purchased)
- The amount will be deposited into your account.
- If your wifi account is active (not expired), your account will be automatically renewed.
- If your wifi account has expired it need to be renewed manually, click on "purchase credits"
- Enter the unit (eg. 1 or 2 or 3...) and click Next Button. If you want to know what is Unit click here
- Select "Internal" as your default available payment methods and click Next.
- Click Finish to confirm the recharge procedure.
- You will get message if the rechareg procedure is succeed or failed.
How to know, what is the amount diposited into my account?
- Login to User Control Panel net.cwc.com.np
- After successfull login, In the home page of User's Detail Under "General Information" section, there you can see Deposit: .......... NPR.
How to change my password?
- Login to User Control Panel net.cwc.com.np
- Click on change password.
- Enter you old password, Enter new password and confirm new password. click submit.
- You will get the message, if it is done or has some errors.
I forgot password, How to recover my password?
- Click here - Forgot my password
- Select email emailaddress to send new password.
- Enter your email address and submit. (the email address which you entered in the registeration form)
- In the email, we will send you the activation link to reset your password.
- Open you email and follow the instruction as indicated in the email.
